This one is by far the crown jewel of my current boat box inventory. I have selected the most highly figured maple for both the walls and lid of this box. There are accents of African Padauk, Purpleheart and black walnut inlaid throughout this beauty. Theres a pyrographed image of a caddis pupa fly on the corner of the lid. This thing can hold nearly 1000 flies! This is not a veneer like most keepsake boxes you will find being built by top woodworking artists. It is 100% solid maple through and through. The dividers are solid hardwood and they are designed for specific use based on standard tippet spool sizes, throat pumps, etc... The rippled foam is adhered to fully sealed pieces of thin plywood and each foam patch is removable for easy access.

My boat boxes are built to be used in all weather situations and are built tough! Though I do recommend taking care of it and bringing it inside after your fishing trip to insure the utmost longevity.
